Vehicular Technology Conference-Spring was held 28 April – 1 May 2019 at the JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a semi-annual flagship conference of the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society bringing together individuals from academia, government, and industry to discuss and exchange ideas in the fields of wireless, mobile, and vehicular technology. VTC2019-Spring featured world-class plenary speakers, tutorials, technical as well as application sessions, and an innovative Industry Track, which also featured panels and presentations with industry leaders sharing their perspectives on the latest technologies.
TUE (Electrical Engineering department) presented the paper “Evaluation Platform of Platoon Control Algorithms in Complex Communication Scenarios”. This is a processor-in-the-loop (PIL) setup for
distributed control systems and relevant in the context of I-MECH methodology. The talk was attended by an audience of size 25-30 people from academia and industry.
